Membership & eligibility
- Spend $5.000.00 or more on products within any rolling 30-day window to qualify as a Premium member.
- Your membership status is automatically re-evaluated every day. If your 30-day product spend drops below the threshold, your Premium status will be paused until you reach it again.
- Only completed orders count. Pending, processing, refunded, or cancelled orders are excluded.
- Product subtotal only — shipping fees and taxes are not counted toward the threshold.
- Membership is free. There is no sign-up fee or subscription.
Earning points
- Premium members earn 5% of their product subtotal as points on every completed order.
- Each point is worth $1.00 in store credit.
- Points are added to your account as soon as an order is marked Completed.
- Points are calculated on the product subtotal, before shipping and taxes.
- Points are not earned on orders where points have already been redeemed as a discount (the discount portion is excluded).
- Points do not expire as long as your account is active.
Free shipping benefit
- Premium members qualify for free shipping on orders above $50.00 — lower than the standard threshold.
- This benefit applies automatically to every order as long as you are a Premium member.
- The free shipping benefit is applied automatically at checkout — no coupon code needed.
Redeeming points
- You need at least 100 points to redeem.

Option 1 — Checkout discount:
On the checkout page, enter the number of points you want to use and click Apply. The equivalent value is deducted from your order total instantly. -
Option 2 — Coupon code:
Go to My Account → Rewards, enter how many points to convert, and click Convert to coupon. You will receive a one-time coupon code (prefixed RWD-) that you can use on any future order. - Once points are redeemed they cannot be reversed.
- Generated coupon codes are single-use and tied to your email address. They expire 90 days after creation.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to sign up separately to join the program?
No. If you have a TurkishBrands account, you are already eligible. Just shop — once your 30-day product spend reaches the threshold you become a Premium member automatically.
What counts toward the $5.000.00 threshold?
Only the product subtotal of completed orders placed within the last 30 days. Shipping fees, taxes, and any applied discounts are not counted. Pending, processing, refunded, or cancelled orders are excluded.
How long does Premium status last?
Your status is based on a rolling 30-day window. As long as you have spent $5.000.00 or more in the past 30 days, you keep all your Premium benefits. There is no fixed month-end reset — it rolls forward every day.
What happens if my spending drops below the threshold?
Your Premium status will be paused. You will keep any points you have already earned — they do not disappear. Once your 30-day spend reaches the threshold again, your benefits are immediately restored.
When are points added to my account?
Points are credited automatically when your order status changes to Completed. If your order is refunded or cancelled after that, the points are not automatically reversed — contact us if you need an adjustment.
Can I earn points on an order where I used a points discount?
Points are earned on the product subtotal before the points discount is applied, so yes, you still earn on the full product value.
What is the difference between applying points at checkout and converting to a coupon?
Applying at checkout deducts the value immediately from your current order — the points are gone once you place the order. Converting to a coupon issues a one-time RWD- code that you can save and use on any future order within 90 days. Both options deduct the same points from your balance.
Can I use a points coupon together with other discount codes?
Yes, RWD- coupon codes can be combined with other valid promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
Do points expire?
No. Your points do not expire as long as your account remains active.
Is the free shipping benefit applied automatically?
Yes. If you are a Premium member and your cart qualifies, free shipping is applied automatically at checkout — no coupon code needed.
Where can I see my points balance and history?
Log in and go to My Account → Rewards. You will see your Premium status, current 30-day spend, points balance, and the last 15 transactions.
I made several orders this month — why am I not Premium yet?
Only Completed orders count. Orders that are still in Processing or Pending status have not been counted yet. Once they are marked Completed by our team, your status is recalculated within minutes.
Can I transfer points to another account?
No. Points are tied to your account and cannot be transferred, gifted, or combined with another account.
Can TurkishBrands change or end the program?
Yes. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time. We will aim to give advance notice of any significant changes. Accumulated points at the time of any change will be honoured for a reasonable period.
